Discounts

We have 3 global discount levels based on amount spent per order. The discount will be applied only once, and it applies to your current order. These Global discounts may not be combined with any other offers (i.e. promo codes), we will always take the highest available discount.

At $1000 you will receive 5% off your order

At $2500 you will receive 10% off your order

At $5000 you will receive 15% off your order

Minimum Order

Raven's Journey requires a $250 per order minimum to be eligible for wholesale pricing.

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Shipping Policies

For all domestic orders over $500 shipping is paid for by the seller. International orders qualify at $1000.

If your company has a negotiated yearly discount you may not qualify for special shipping offers.

In all other cases, shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

****NEW INTERNATIONAL COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS*** on priority shipping may apply resulting in abnormally high rates. Raven's Journey will not be able to offer free shipping to countries on that list. Standard shipping rates will apply until those restrictions change.

Cancellation

Any Item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Refund/Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. Refunds and returns will only be considered 30 days or less from the date they were shipped to you. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Orders that are returned to Raven's Journey with more than half of the original contents or are cancelled by the buyer more than 24 hours after the order has been placed are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the value of the returned/cancelled merchandise. All beads must be returned in the same exact condition they were delivered. This includes stringing and bundling.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Raven's Journey reserves the right to cancel any order at any time prior to payment being received.
